WISER invites applications for Mercator Fellowships based at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg in 2014 - 15. These fellowships will support three to six months of writing in residence in Halle, Germany, with a monthly stipend of €4500. If necessary, additional funding is available to provide support for child-care during the successful applicant's stay in Halle. Applications are invited from internationally-reputed researchers based on the African continent.
