Fatima Moolla is a PhD research fellow with a multidisciplinary academic background. Her undergraduate studies focused on International Relations and African Literature, fostering a diverse approach to her work. Building upon this strong foundation, she pursued a Master's degree in Development Studies. Fatima's contributions extend beyond academia, as she has served as an Assistant Editor for the South African Schools Debate Board. Currently, her research centres around biometric identification and digital public goods, with a particular focus on the African continent. She is motivated by the desire to explore the intersections of technology and good governance, with a vision to advance equitable and sustainable development practices.
