Discussion -- Far fetched facts : A parable of development aid

WISER invites members and friends of the university community to join us in a discussion, with Richard Rottenburg, of Far Fetched Facts : A parable of development aid.  Space for this discussion will be limited to 25 people, and we ask that those would like to participate contact Keith Breckenridge (keith.breckenridge@wits.ac.za) for the required reading.  Professor Rottenburg is the founder of the LOST (Law, Organisation, Science and Technology) group based at the University of Halle-Wittenburg, and the leading scholar, on the German side, of the current collaboration with WISER in the development of a proposal for the Merian Centre for Advanced Study.
