The first and introductory meeting for this course (POLS4033 & 7036 The State in Africa) will take place on Tuesday, July 17, at 2:00pm in the WISER seminar room.  The venue is on the 6th floor of the South Wing of the Richard Ward building.  If you have a laptop or tablet please bring it with you, ideally with your Wits networking set up.
