Invitation | Two events focused on Sex and Sexuality in the Lives of Young South Africans

Friday, 9 March 2018 - 12:30pm

These two events are part of a Wellcome Trust seed award partnership with Eh!woza, led by Dr Nolwazi Mkhwanazi. The project seeks to investigate ways in which young people experience, frame, and perceive sexuality in contemporary South Africa and whether this has an impact on the uptake of sexual health interventions. It seeks to better understand how people mediate between public discourse, perceived information from institutions, and lived experiences of sexuality. These are the first two public events in a larger programme of research and conversation.
