Statement from the Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Professor Adam Habib, on Accelerating Transformation at Wits

The Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of the Witwatersrand, Professor Adam Habib, has released a statement on accelerating transformation at Wits.

This communique follows a number of stakeholder conversations that have been conducted over the past few months, and which will be continued over the weeks and months to come, and is intended to open up a broader conversation within the University community. It will be followed by an executive statement and strategic plan on transformation which will be presented to the Senate and Council for approval and adoption.
